Challenging. Efficiency-seeking. Empathic.
That is at least how my former colleagues and study friends would call me if they had to describe me in one sentence. Because if I've learned one thing in my former work experience, it is that even the best professionals often get comfortable with a situation and do not see the sometimes obvious room for improvement. And I made my job out of this: I always find a way around that helps people to work faster and more efficient while maintaining highest quality standards. If that does not qualify me as your future consultant yet, please read my major qualifications below!
WHAT QUALIFIES ME TO CONSULT YOU?
I'VE LIVED ON 3 DIFFERENT CONTINENTS
Travelling has always been one of my passions, and this was a major reason for the choice of my international studies. And with these studies came the opportunities to live and work abroad, bringing me for 3 years to the Netherlands, half a year to Indonesia, and half a year to Peru.
And I believe that these abroad experiences made me see the world with other eyes, resulting in a unique advantage in consulting, because I approach problems and people with a different sense of empathy.
I'VE WORKED FOR 4 COMPANIES
Before founding JC Consulting, I've worked for a number of mid-sized companies in various areas and am currently CEO of a small other company. Within these companies, I've covered the expertise areas of Marketing, Controlling, HRM, and others and overall made significant improvements to each of the companies' performances. The point I want to make is that I'm far from a greenhorn and that I can serve you with individual solutions based on your company's strategy.
I'VE GRADUATED IN A SPECIAL WAY
International business and management is my major, but it doesn't stop there: Besides these studies, I also accomplished minors in Finance & Accounting, Business Psychology and Honours. The latter one is an additional 30-credit program, in which a chosen group of students gets the chance to develop its characters to young empathic leaders by e.g. supporting social projects and local businesses.
As a small contribution to the world we live in, I plan to donate 1-1.5% of all my revenue to an organisation. Until now, I have not decided to which of the many great organisations that help people in need on daily basis.
